Return Policy
★About returns and refunds
Our return policy is 7 days. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please make sure to return the item in the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including solid wood products and perishable items such as food. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds will not be given in the following circumstances:
* Products that show obvious signs of use
* Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence.
* Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
★Refund procedures (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you still haven't received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed after we complete the refund process.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be issued.

★Exchange (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please inform us of your order number and product name via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that products made of solid natural wood or perishable products such as food cannot be returned.
*If we are unable to exchange the product due to sales conditions, we will provide a refund.
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you request a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that depending on your location, it may take some time for the replacement product to arrive. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
